DynPro Attends SugarCON 2011

DynPro leaders attended SugarCRM’s annual SugarCON, an annual user and customer conference that bring together SugarCRM users, developers, partners, and experts from around the world, in San Francisco, California this passed April.

At the conference, DynPro company leaders utilized this opportunity to expand their network, meeting with software partners like Talend, Qontext, EchoSign, and Open Bravo. Currently, DynPro is putting together solutions with some of the partners for vertical market applications and horizontal frameworks that will be released later this year.

DynPro is a leader in IT solutions in the RTP area, but works to expand its network across the United States, and plans to live up to its name of being a global enterprise solutions provider by reaching out across the globe. By attending important conferences like SugarCon, such a dream seems far more of a reality for the company’s increasing client-base.

Recently, DynPro partnered with SugarCRM and has since worked with the software company to provide effective CRM software solutions to a variety of companies like Franck’s Pharmacy, DoctorsManagement, and the University of Irvine’s National Children’s Study Project.

The company’s leaders continue to move steadfastly ahead and hopes to release updates on their progressive plans with each of its respective partners.

DynPro Announces Strategic Partnership With SugarCRM

Raleigh, N.C.—January 25, 2011—SugarCRM, the world’s fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, today announced a new partnership with DynPro, a dynamic, fast-growing information systems consulting firm specializing in business intelligence (BI), CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP). By incorporating SugarCRM into DynPro’s current offering, the company has developed vertical market applications to enhance productivity and further customer relationship management processes.

“We’ve integrated the SugarCRM solution into projects in pharmaceutical, real estate, insurance and franchises and found that is has become a strong asset in enabling our customers to efficiently and effectively manage their day-to-day contacts within the specific applications and modules we have created,” said Barrett Powell, VP of Business Development at DynPro.

This partnership combines SugarCRM’s open source application with DynPro’s expertise in utilizing its customers’ existing strengths and finding effective solutions and challenges. More than 7,000 customers and half a million users rely on SugarCRM. DynPro has deployed SugarCRM to customers such as Colliers International for Commercial Real-Estate and Doctors Management for medical related CRM.

DynPro created an application, PharmaCRM, built to mimic the features of Siebel Life Sciences at a fraction of the cost. The company added features for social media and rating contacts’ influence. DynPro realized that this application could be used for many different industries; DynPro has also customized the Influence Matrix module, originally built for PharmaCRM, for other industries with great success. The Influence Matrix is a dynamically generated “spider web” graph showing the relationships between contacts and who influences whom.

The product range of SugarCRM is characterized by its openness and flexibility and meets needs of companies of all sizes. The SugarCRM solutions easily adapt to each type of environment and competencies—providing a flexible and cost-effective alternative to proprietary solutions. Moreover, the open source architecture of SugarCRM allows companies to develop and better integrate their customer processes.

“DynPro’s creation of different applications and modules within SugarCRM speaks volumes to the open, flexible solutions that SugarCRM has to offer,” said Jeff Campbell, vice president of channel sales at SugarCRM. “We are pleased to see such a top consultancy company working with open source tools that deliver low cost (and in some cases free) solutions that increase productivity.”
