DynPro, Inc announces the addition of Chris Mangan and Halie Biggs to key positions within its headquarters staff.
Joining the DynPro team as Sr. Recruiting Manager, Chris Mangan is a seasoned IT staffing leader. In Chris’ leadership role, he will head DynPro’s global recruitment organization in support of its accelerated growth in 2016. Prior to joining DynPro, Chris served as Program Manager with Headway Workforce Solutions. During his time with Headway, Chris managed over 80 sourcing specialists, recruiters, and account managers for large scale national projects. Prior to his assignments with Headway, Chris served as Staffing Supervisor with Employbridge.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from East Carolina University.
Also joining the DynPro organization is Halie Biggs, as Strategic Account Executive. In her role as account executive, Halie has responsibility for DynPro’s customer delight program while serving as the primary sales interface fulfill IT staffing assignments. Prior to joining DynPro, Halie held both Account Management and IT Recruitment positions with Computer Resource Group. With CRG, Halie managed major accounts including; Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CDW and Hanes Brands. Halie is active in several volunteer organizations including; Habitat for Humanity, Treehouse Ministries and Membership in Young Conservatives. – while pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Finance from North Carolina State University.

Throughout his career, Robert has held positions in enterprise software sales, technology consulting and alliance partner management. Robert has managed global sales teams producing over $500 million in revenue. “We look for outstanding individuals who will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of DynPro and we are very happy to have identified a fantastic person in Robert”, Dr. Gupta further added.

For over 25 years, Robert has focused on selling enterprise solutions and consulting services. As Sr. Director of Sales, Dassault Systèmes, and Director of Sales, Sparta Systems, Robert led sales teams in the design, sales and deployment of enterprise software solutions to the life sciences industry.
Robert formerly served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Cenduit LLC (a Quintiles company) and Executive Vice President with TAKE Solutions, Ltd (formerly, OnSphere Corporation). Under Robert’s sales and marketing leadership with OnSphere, the PharmaReady™ electronic document and submission management solution was introduced to the market and now has global recognition with customers in over 20 countries.
During 15 years with AT&T, he held senior management positions while participating in AT&T’s executive leadership development program. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College of Business and Management with a major in Marketing.

Raleigh, N.C. — June 16th 2011 — DynPro has begun research to devolope a new service for its growing client base: virtualization. Many companies in today’s market are looking to lower their total cost of ownership (TCO) but still require large SAP datacenters. By offering virtualization to their growing list of client services, DynPro hopes to spread the word on Green Technology while also finding a cost-effective and efficient source of service for its clients.
If a company chooses to utilize Virtualization, DynPro’s team of SAP and VMware consultant will work to migrate the physical infrastructure to a virtual one. By using fewer physical servers to run multiple instance of SAP, less power and cooling requirements are put in play, reducing costs substantially.
By utilizing VMware technologies such as High Availability and Fault Tolerance, company applications are run without any downtime. Further, DynPro will work to provide backup solutions so that the virtual environment can be quickly restored in the event of a disaster.
