| Profile requirements: - 5 to 7 years experience of which 3-4 years should be in development, and 2-3 years in Level 2 / Level 3 support engineering of technical products - Level 2 support will mean answering / resolving complex technical questions / problems (level 2 will deal with advanced features and possible product bugs or failures) - Level 3 support will mean some research and investigation is required to solve the problem and can take some time. - Candidate needs to have good communication, assertive and troubleshooting skills, should be a fast learner, and be a self starter with a problem solving skills - Should have a good conceptual knowledge of the technical product family below; - Should have a good grasp of at least two of the four technical product knowledge | |
